Jane was a godsend to me when I started at Bakkavor. I was moving to a new country (Scotland and England are very different!), it was my first grown-up job, and there was a pandemic going on.

From before I started with the company, Jane was there for me. Whether it was advice on where to live, who to speak to internally, or just being a sounding board during times of stress, she was such a support and genuinely cared about my wellbeing.

When I knew it was time for me to move companies so I could be back in Scotland, Jane was there through it all and had such great advice that I really needed when I was struggling with my choices.
