Apprenticeship support for businesses

Build your future workforce with confidence.

Apprenticeships are more than qualifications. They're an investment in your people, your skills and the future of your business.

At JS Pathways Collective, I help businesses navigate the apprenticeship process, identify opportunities that align with their business needs and develop a practical approach to building their future workforce.

Drawing on over 26 years of experience in operational leadership, Learning & Development and Early Careers, I understand the importance of developing the right skills, supporting managers and ensuring that learning delivers value to the business.

Jane was a godsend to me when I started at Bakkavor. I was moving to a new country (Scotland and England are very different!), it was my first grown-up job, and there was a pandemic going on.

I had the privilege of having Jane as my Early Careers Manager, and I can honestly say she had a huge impact on my development and confidence early in my career. She has also mentored and guided me through the start of my career until I left the business.
