JS Pathways Collective was founded from a simple belief: people are at the heart of every successful organisation.
Founder Jane Spurden brings 26 years of industry experience across food manufacturing, leadership and learning & development.
Her approach is practical rather than theoretical.
Jane works alongside people to understand where they are now, what may be holding them back and what will genuinely help them move forward.
Whether supporting somebody at the beginning of their career, developing a new manager, coaching an experienced leader or helping an organisation strengthen its people capability, the focus remains the same:

Jane was a godsend to me when I started at Bakkavor. I was moving to a new country (Scotland and England are very different!), it was my first grown-up job, and there was a pandemic going on.
